FOUND:RE Contemporary and FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel are excited to announce the opening of their newest exhibition, “Yellow”. This exhibition cycle will present the work of local artists whose work explores various shades, tones, and textures of yellow.
Yellow is explored through a variety of mediums, in both 2D and 3D work. This exhibition is the third in our vibrant series exploring monochromatic works in each color of the rainbow. Each exhibition in this series will explore the beauty and depth of a single color, starting with bright and sunny hues of yellow. “Yellow” features the work of Aurora Baca, Lora Lee Barnhiser, Jen Bosen, Bree Deverill, Danielle Garcia Nosek, Tomoki Ide, Sonora James, Jon Jeffery, Myja Lark, Laura Madden, Ottavia McHenry, Jenni Pirmann, Dee Ruff, Lynda Schlosberg, Orlando Silva, Lorraine Swartz, Kim Sweet, Colby Vickers, Mark Watson, Jeff Weiss, JAVI, and N_Mori.
The exhibition will be hung in the studio space at FOUND:RE Phoenix and opens to the public on May 16th. The show is open through July 13th, with the opening reception on May 16, 6-9pm.
