FOUND:RE Contemporary

More Than a Gallery,

Some galleries wait for you to come to them. FOUND:RE Contemporary lives where the city already is; downtown Phoenix, inside the Roosevelt Row Artist District, on a corner that doesn't slow down.

Across the gallery floor, an art lounge, exhibition halls, a sculpture yard, and the Studio just across the pool, we run two distinct exhibition programs in parallel. Each exhibit turning over biannually, staggered so a new show is always landing. The effect: something fresh to see roughly every quarter, staged in conversation with the art programming at FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel next door. Nothing static. Nothing roped off.

But we're more than a gallery. The Studio hosts Crafter Hours every week. Crafter Hours is a free, hands-on open studio session for anyone who wants to make something, not just look at it. The space doubles as an event venue too, for anyone looking to host something with a little more character than four white walls.

We show up for First and Third Friday Artwalk, but we're not seasonal; we're a fixture for people who take art seriously, whether they live three blocks away or flew in for the weekend. And we don't stop at the walls. Film, fashion, music, and whatever else culture is making right now all have a place here.

This is a gallery built for a city that's still figuring out what it wants to be — which is exactly the point.
